You can edit or cancel your services, login at as an administrator for your congregation.

  1. Select Order Summary in the menu.                                                                                                                                           
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the orders and select "Edit or cancel services." (if it says "No active orders" please reach out to us at and let us know what services you would like adjusted).   
  3. You can cancel all services, add or edit a service or cancel a part of your order such as a removing a phone line and keeping the HD video service. Once the order is adjusted you can select Continue.                                                                                                                                                
  4. Once you select Continue a summary will appear, review your changes and select "Submit."                                                                   
  5. If you have canceled service it will expire on the next renewal date. The cancellation is now complete. If you are editing or adding service please continue to step 6.
  6.  If you have changed an order or added service you will need to process the new order. Proceed using any of the payment options.
