A recent update from Google has caused some unexpected problems with the Android app and Chrome browser to play live audio or listen to audio recordings. It does not affect live video. The we are working to resolve. Users can still access the live and recorded audio but may need to use a different browser.
Yes this is realy a major issue now, especially with restrictions put in place with the corona virus. Many of our brothers are now house bound and missing out on important spiritual food and announcement. Not even Edge or Internet explorer is working. So the app on android phones and tablets are not working, this is used by almost 90% of our congregation
Hi, is there any update on this? The Android app does not connect to live meetings nor can it access recordings, it says there are none. When trying with both the Chrome and Firefox browsers recordings are accessible but live meetings do not work.
